Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

Client: The individual or organization purchasing products or engaging NEX VISSION LLC to receive design, branding, or related services.
NEX VISSION LLC: The service provider offering professional logo design, branding, visual identity, and related digital design products and services.
Project: The agreed-upon design or branding work as defined in the related proposal, order, contract, or statement of work.
Deliverables: All design outputs produced or provided by NEX VISSION LLC, including logo concepts, final logo files, branding assets, templates, and other digital design materials outlined in the applicable product or service scope.

2. Products and Services

NEX VISSION LLC offers the following products and services:

Starter Brand Logo — $49.00
Modern Minimalist Logo Templates (Editable SVG & PNG) — $180.00
Minimal Line Art Logo Set — $350.00
Luxury Gold Monogram Logo Kit — $450.00
Branding & Visual Identity — $150.00

Product features, included deliverables, file formats, revisions, and other specifications may vary depending on the product or service purchased and will be described on the applicable product page, proposal, order confirmation, or agreement.

3. Engagement of Services

3.1. The Client agrees to retain NEX VISSION LLC to provide the selected design or branding services as described in the approved proposal, order, or agreement.
3.2. NEX VISSION LLC will perform the services using professional skill, reasonable care, and creative expertise.
3.3. Services and deliverables will be provided according to the scope of the selected product or service.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.
4.2. Payment amounts and schedules will be outlined on the applicable product page, order, proposal, or agreement.
4.3. NEX VISSION LLC may require full payment, an upfront deposit, and/or milestone-based payments before commencing or continuing design work.
4.4. Any requests outside the agreed product or service scope may require a revised estimate and may be subject to additional fees.

5. Project Timeline and Completion

5.1. Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, proposal, or written agreement, all services are generally completed and delivered within 7 to 10 working days.
5.2. The 7-to-10-working-day timeline begins after receipt of the required payment and all necessary information, materials, content, and instructions from the Client.
5.3. Delays caused by Client feedback, failure to provide required information or materials, revision requests, or circumstances beyond NEX VISSION LLC's reasonable control may extend the completion timeline.
5.4. Product delivery timelines may vary where the specific product description states a different delivery period.

6. Revisions and Feedback

6.1. The Client is entitled to the number of revisions specified in the applicable product description, proposal, or agreement.
6.2. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
6.3. The Client is responsible for providing clear and timely feedback necessary for completion of the project.

7. Digital Products and Deliverables

7.1. Digital products, including logo templates, logo kits, and branding assets, are provided in the file formats and specifications stated in the applicable product description.
7.2. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the purchased digital product is suitable for its intended use before purchase.
7.3. Digital products may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or represented as the Client's own original product unless expressly permitted in writing by NEX VISSION LLC.
7.4. Where editable files are included, the Client may edit and customize the files for permitted personal or business use, subject to any additional license terms applicable to the specific product.

8. Ownership and Rights

8.1. Upon full payment, the Client receives the ownership rights applicable to the final approved custom logo or branding design, subject to the terms of the applicable agreement.
8.2. NEX VISSION LLC retains ownership of preliminary concepts, unused designs, internal working files, and concepts not selected by the Client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8.3. NEX VISSION LLC retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials unless the Client and NEX VISSION LLC agree otherwise in writing.
8.4. Third-party fonts, stock assets, templates, graphics, or other licensed materials included in a project may remain subject to their respective third-party license terms.

9. Confidentiality

9.1. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the design or branding process.
9.2. NEX VISSION LLC will not knowingly disclose the Client's confidential business information without prior written consent, except where disclosure is required by law.

10. Termination

10.1. Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice, subject to any applicable payment and cancellation terms.
10.2. The Client agrees to pay for all work completed and services provided up to the termination date.
10.3. Upon termination, completed and fully paid-for deliverables will be provided to the Client where applicable, and remaining work will cease.

11. Liability

11.1. NEX VISSION LLC is not responsible for any business, financial, commercial, or branding outcomes resulting from the Client's use of any product, logo, design, or branding materials.
11.2. The Client is responsible for ensuring that any content, trademarks, names, images, or materials supplied by the Client do not infringe the rights of any third party.
11.3. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NEX VISSION LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of its products or services.
11.4. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold NEX VISSION LLC harmless from claims arising from materials supplied by the Client or the Client's unauthorized or improper use of the products or deliverables.

12. Governing Law

12.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12.2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the products and services provided by NEX VISSION LLC shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts of competent jurisdiction located in New York, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
